Our 4-link kit for Ford Bronco takes the rear suspension to the next level. This is designed for heavily modified prerunners and race trucks only. This kit is designed specific for the unique geometry the Bronco requires since it has a short double carden rear driveshaft. The upper and lower mounts bolt to the frame using existing holes to properly position them so their is no guess work where they go. This kit will yield 20-24″ of travel and pushes the rear wheelbase back 3″. The lower links are designed to use a 2.5-3″ coilover and 2.5-4″ bypass shock.
Our Camburg limit straps are made in the USA and quad wrapped for the ultimate strength from military grade materials. The mounting tabs are 4130 chromoly and plated black for corrosion resistance. These won’t stretch like cheaper versions will that are made overseas.
With heims and uniballs you want to make sure you use the right lube and not a grease or oil that attracts dirt. Tri-flow is a teflon (PTFE) based lube that goes on wet and drys to a film to coat and seal the surfaces. You only need to use 3-4 drops per uniball or heim.
An easy way to mount a limit strap to the frame/chassis is using this clevis. It gives you the ability to adjust the strap length so initial setup is not as critical and you can re-adjust if the strap stretches over time or if you miscalculated the location slightly. You will need to make the mount this fits into from a piece of tubing.
