The FOX Factory Series Coil-over IFP shocks provide improved damping in any terrain. Coil-over shocks provide suspension damping and suspend the weight of the vehicle. The integrated coil spring can be adjusted for preload and ride height and come pre-set to level your vehicle right out of the box. On rare X-Reas equipped models you need to replace front & rear shocks together and will need to remove and drain the short hydraulic hoses that connect to the OEM shocks. There are no electronics and its a primitive stand-alone system connecting the rear shocks to the front shocks hydraulically.
With so many variables of wheel sizes, offset/backspacing, tire sizes, brands and styles, the amount of lift and specific suspension components, etc., you may need to trim the plastic inner fenders and/or modify the body mount behind the front tires to eliminate tire rubbing.
