With multiple race wins and a 2026 Championship, they’ve passed the ultimate test with proven results. Designed for maximum strength and torsional rigidity utilizing an integrated bridge and radially mounted, these 6 piston calipers deliver increased clamping force, improved pedal modulation with predictable braking performance throughout a 500+ mile race. Complex machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with radiused profiles and lightening elements to reduce unsprung weight. Side specific internal fluid passage geometry optimizes piston pressure distribution and bleeding. Precision engineered stainless steel pistons have increased dimensional stability and lower thermal conductivity by reducing heat transfer to brake fluid and seals. Their flat wave profile aids in cooling and pad engagement. Varying piston sizes and position improves equal clamping forces and prevents uneven pad and rotor wear. We use high temperature seals, high strength 12 point 190,000+ ksi caliper body bolts along with bolt-in stainless steel abutment plates for brake pad backing plate positioning. Durability is a top priority as off-road racing sees the harshest conditions with the brakes getting blasted with dirt and rocks for hours on end. The body profile and corner radiuses deflect and reduce potential damage to the caliper, while the Type III anodize hardens the surfaces.
