Our extended shackle is designed around using Deaver leaf springs. These are longer length than the stock shackles and allow for maximum wheel travel. The stock shackles are too short and limit droop. These are 1.5″ longer than stock. Since the shackles are longer, they will lower the ride height compared to the stock shackles. These fit the OEM 3″ wide leaf springs.

Looking to lift the rear of your truck? We use the best leafs springs out there manufactured in the USA by Deaver Spring who’s been in the business for over 100 years. They are progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock both on and off-road. Some models have a mini-pak available at a lower cost that replaces the factory over-load spring with a 3-5 leaf pack for added lift and progression. Most Deaver springs are not designed for heavy hauling and heavy towing.
Available for 1987-1996 F-150’s, these new race spindles replace the weak link in the front suspension, NO STOCK BALL JOINTS! We replace these with 1″ uniballs and heat treated stainless steel spacers with through bolts. Minor fabrication to the i-beam end will be needed and we recommend double shearing the uniballs.
We can mix and match many different hub and brake combinations with this design to suit your needs and budget.
With heims and uniballs you want to make sure you use the right lube and not a grease that attracts dirt. Tri-Flow Superior Lubricant is a superior, light viscosity lube that allows for deep penetration into hard to reach moving parts. The drip bottle application, with a convenient straw, allows for deep penetration in hard to reach moving parts.
Our 4-link kit for Ford Bronco takes the rear suspension to the next level. This is designed for heavily modified prerunners and race trucks only. This kit is designed specific for the unique geometry the Bronco requires since it has a short double carden rear driveshaft. The upper and lower mounts bolt to the frame using existing holes to properly position them so their is no guess work where they go. This kit will yield 20-24″ of travel and pushes the rear wheelbase back 3″. The lower links are designed to use a 2.5-3″ coilover and 2.5-4″ bypass shock.
One of the main suspension components on 4wd Bronco’s and F-150’s to upgrade is the radius arms. The stock versions are too short, stamped from sheet metal and pivot on a rubber bushing. Our radius arms are considerably longer in length to allow for more wheel travel and an improved camber curve. We also build more caster into the arm for better straight line stability and cornering precision. We use a Made in the USA FK 1-1/4″ heim joint with our new mounting brackets. This eliminates flex and also allows for more wheel travel. We build these using thick 3/8″ plate top and bottom and 1.75″ 4130 chromoly tubing that is boxed in for maximum strength. Many competitors use smaller, thinner and cheaper materials for a cheaper, lighter duty part. These were designed and built to be raced on and have been over the last 15+ years.
